Claire is being hilarious, as is usual! She's learned how to cross her eyes and she will walk straight up to me like that and just start giggling. She thinks it's hilarious. I can't help but laugh since she looks so silly like that. During the past couple days she's let me know that she had poop in her diaper. This is a huge step! I'm hoping that soon she will tell me BEFORE she poops. Next week I am going to start putting her on the potty and hoping she will go. I'm pretty excited. I can't wait to only have one butt to wipe besides my own. ;)

3 months!
Today Zane is 3 months old. I can't believe it. He's so alert and giggly. I can walk out of his line of sight and as soon as I return, I get this huge big adorable gummy grin. :) It's so cute that it always makes me stop what I'm doing just so I can turn on the baby talk to him. He makes me turn into a big pile of goo on a daily basis! He hates having a dirty diaper, and he is pretty inconsolable when he's tired. I don't get it. If you're tired, just go to sleep silly boy! It's okay...I like that he's still so snuggly. Seriously. At this age, Claire was like...get away from me mom!

Definitely take her potty cues and start working on it now! "They" say that if you can do it before two years old, do it. Otherwise often you miss out on a good window of opportunity and you're waiting awhile to do it. The only thing you need to know is that potty training is all about YOU not them. YOU staying levelheaded even when you clean up that 12th puddle of pee. If you can make it through a few hard days, you get the prize of fewer diapers :)

You'll still be wiping that butt for a while, even after she's potty trained! Unless you want big messes. ;) But it is much cleaner than diaper wiping. Yay Claire! Also, I need an eye cross video. That's talent.
