Journey

This week I take the first steps towards conquering my PPD. I'm nervous, apprehensive...and I'm definitely having some anxiety over it. When I called to make my appointment, I really liked the way the lady sounded. She sounds young and she didn't rush me on the phone. She listened to what I had to say and she seemed very empathetic. I'm hoping that she and I are a good fit. :) Thursday is the big day, so say a little prayer for me and for her if you think about it.
